Lavanta SWPPP was founded by Kyle Honeycutt, whose career in construction and development spans over 30 years. Kyle began his journey with Pulte Homes, a national home builder, where he gained expertise in both horizontal and vertical construction. His roles ranged from customer service to purchasing, innovative e-business technology leadership, and land development. With over two decades of experience in land acquisition and creating master-planned communities for national builders across multiple states, Kyle honed his skills in identifying investment properties, entitling land, and preparing comprehensive proformas for acquisition and development.
Kyle’s extensive background and passion for sustainable development led to the creation of Lavanta Consulting a decade ago. This consulting business grew into Lavanta SWPPP Services, which now provides tailored solutions for home builders and commercial developers across Utah. Kyle holds a contractor’s license and multiple SWPPP certifications, including RSI, RSW, and QPSWPPP, ensuring that Lavanta offers expertise you can trust.
